With the successful completion of an initial migration to Azure, our client is about to embark on the next phase of the enhancement of their IT service estate. The focus would be the modernisation of existing services to become cloud-native and the building of new services using cloud-first principles.

The core functions of the role involve projects to extend and scale the platform. Using CI/CD rails for cloud-based external and internal APIs, trading systems, payments systems, and web and mobile apps.
Some of the key skills and experience required include:
- Azure experience
- Kubernetes/K8s/AKS/EKS/GKS
- Experienced in running Kubernetes clusters in Production
- Building Configuration as Code pipelines backed by DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc)
- CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Octopus deploy or Jenkins
