You will be joining one of the UK’s leading independent web hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, supporting hundreds of thousands of websites across shared hosting, cloud platforms, and managed solutions.

The Role
You will own and scale the performance marketing engine for a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company operating at the intersection of infrastructure and sustainability.

In this role, you will move beyond traditional channel management and build a modern growth machine powered by data, automation, and experimentation. You will take ownership of paid acquisition performance, campaign optimisation, and budget allocation across multiple channels.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will ensure spend is deployed where it drives the strongest commercial outcomes. You will also introduce new marketing tools and automation frameworks that increase execution speed, improve campaign performance, and enable smarter decision-making.

This is a high-ownership role within a collaborative and flat team structure where you will have the autonomy to test new ideas, experiment with emerging tools, and dynamically shift strategy based on performance insights.

Key experience includes:

  • Performance marketing strategy and campaign ownership
  • PPC campaign management across high-spend budgets
  • Paid acquisition optimisation using data and experimentation
  • Marketing automation and tooling implementation
  • Campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Data-driven decision making using commercial metrics
  • Stakeholder collaboration with creative and marketing teams


What You’ll Work With
You will operate across a modern growth marketing stack and manage acquisition activity across multiple channels.
You will also monitor key growth metrics that underpin subscription businesses, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and recurring revenue performance.
