The Role
You’ll join a client-facing product team building real-time applications that show organisations exactly how they can be breached, as it’s happening.
In this role, you will work across the full stack, contributing to both backend services and data-heavy frontend experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and designers to turn threat intelligence and attacker telemetry into intuitive tools used by security teams under real-world pressure.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted with meaningful ownership, encouraged to contribute ideas, and supported as you grow into increasingly complex technical challenges.
What They’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
You’ll be comfortable working across the stack and taking responsibility for the quality of what you ship. You will bring:
- 3 years building production-grade SaaS products across the full stack
- TypeScript development across backend and frontend systems
- NestJS backend engineering, including REST APIs and GraphQL services
- React and Next.js development for data-driven user interfaces
- Experience building dashboards and analytical tooling for technical users
- Relational database experience (MySQL) plus exposure to NoSQL systems
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
What You’ll Work With
You’ll be hands-on with a modern, TypeScript-first stack, including:
- TypeScript backend development with NestJS
- REST APIs and GraphQL
- Sequelize ORM
- React and Next.js frontend applications
- Chakra UI component systems
- React Query for data fetching
- MySQL and NoSQL databases
- Kafka event-driven systems
- Figma for understanding complex product, design, and business logic
Nice to Haves
It’s a bonus (but not essential) if you have experience with:
- AWS cloud infrastructure
- Kubernetes environments
- Workflow engines such as XState or Argo Workflows
- Cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or offensive security platforms
- Networking or infrastructure-level systems
