We're partnering with a high-growth HealthTech scaleup that's redefining how clinicians and patients connect through generative AI. Their platform processes millions of medical conversations a month and is already trusted by over 100 major healthcare systems, think big names in US healthcare.
Having just closed a large Series E funding round with backing, they’re now scaling fast and hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to help drive that growth from the infrastructure side.
The Opportunity:
You'll join a lean, high-performing Platform team (9 engineers strong) responsible for enabling product and AI engineering teams to move fast and safely at scale. This isn’t one of those “keep the lights on” DevOps roles; it’s deeply strategic, hands-on, and highly visible.
Expect to get stuck into everything from Kubernetes cluster ownership to CI/CD, GCP infra design, documentation and reliability tooling. You’ll also work alongside incident response managers, designers, and backend engineers as the platform evolves to support new products and client integrations.
You’ll Be Working On:
- Building and maintaining Kubernetes deployments across environments
- Designing and implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform modules)
- Evolving CI/CD pipelines to support scale, security, and velocity
- Contributing to infra strategy and system documentation
- Participating in on-call (1 day/week every 6–7 weeks)
What You’ll Need:
- 8–10 years in infrastructure or platform roles, ideally in high-growth environments
- Strong experience with Kubernetes Terraform in production
- Solid GCP experience (at least 1 year)
- CI/CD pipeline development and ownership mindset
Nice to Have:
- Backend experience in Python, Go, or Node
- Multi-cloud experience
- Prior exposure to early-stage or hyper-growth tech companies
