Paid Search Marketing Manager | Google, Bing, LinkedIn | £500k Budget Ownership in a High-Growth B2B Team
Our client is hiring a Paid Search Marketing Manager to own and optimise all paid media across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn. Based in Sofia (hybrid), you’ll be the sole paid media specialist, managing a £500k budget and leading strategy, execution, and agency collaboration in a fast-paced B2B environment.
This role is perfect for a strategic and performance-driven marketer who thrives on accountability, knows how to work with agencies to deliver results, and has the analytical mindset to translate clicks into conversions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead paid search strategy across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn
- Own budget, bids, and pacing to hit CPA/ROAS goals
- Run keyword research, ad testing, and audience targeting
- Collaborate across product, content, and demand gen teams
- Report on results using GA4, GTM, Dreamdata, and dashboards
- Keep ahead of platform updates and digital trends
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years in B2B paid search (Google, Bing, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical mindset and campaign optimisation skills
- Experience with GA4, GTM, SA360/SEMrush, Excel/Sheets
- Confident communicator, agency-savvy, commercially driven
Bonus Points:
- Experience with international/multi-language campaigns
- Knowledge of paid social, Marketo, or programmatic display
- Interest in AI’s role in marketing strategy
