- Contract length: 3 months initially, possible extension
This is a subscription-led data and analytics business serving global commodity markets, backed by private equity and moving through a period of real change. The commercial marketing team sits at the centre of that, working hand in hand with product and sales out of London, and right now it needs cover fast.
A key campaigns lead is moving on and the team needs someone to keep things moving from day one. You'd be stepping into a campaign manager position within commercial marketing, on a contract basis, reporting into the marketing lead who has spent the past two years reshaping the function, moving it away from a traditional demand gen model towards a broader campaigns remit.
This isn't demand gen in the old-school sense. You'll be running reactive, multi-channel campaigns across email, social and paid, working closely with content on webinars and thought leadership, and helping shape customer-led and market-driven events (the ops team handles logistics, so this is about strategy and audience, not conference planning).
You'll work directly with senior subject matter experts and editorial teams to translate their expertise into campaign activity, and across the wider marketing function with creative, digital, channel and product marketing colleagues.
What They're Looking For:
- Proven multi-channel campaign experience across email, social and paid
- Comfortable working directly with senior subject matter experts and editorial teams
- A PE-paced, ownership-driven working style, no "not my job" attitude
- Able to start at short notice and pick up a live handover immediately
