Our client is a 35-person, 30-year-old geography information system (GIS) and web mapping software development company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with full-stack development experience and an interest in working with product development, including customisation and project-based enhancements.
The core function of the role would involve full stack development including interface design and implementation, server and client-side logic and functionality. Our client is constantly adopting new technologies and the role would be involved in several upgrades. The engineering team is currently comprised of three core .Net Developers and two Front-End Developers.
Our ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, using MVC and .Net (6 and Core).
They are headquartered in Stevenage. However, this role is 100% remote and you can be home-based in the UK so long as you are able to be able to get to the office for say a maximum of twice a month.
Essential Skills:
- .Net Core and C#
- Front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- RESTful API
