I’m looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join a top-tier, well-established FinTech firm specialising in SaaS products that deliver real-time market data and pricing, comparable with industry giants like Bloomberg and Reuters. With around 700 employees globally and its HQ in London, this company is a key player in financial technology.
The Role: You’ll join a newly-formed team alongside a Senior Project Manager and a Senior Program Manager. The goal is to create a strong, tech-savvy, and change-focused team capable of taking on a wide range of tech/IT projects. We need experienced professionals who can hit the ground running, bringing their expertise and initiative without needing constant direction. There’s a clear pathway for quick progression, with an upcoming opportunity for a hands-on Head of Change role as the team expands.
Example Projects:
- Implementing internal IT systems and tools (e.g., ITSM/ITIL)
- Upgrading tech platforms
- Launching new SaaS features
- Building an in-house data lake
- Managing a diverse portfolio of around 50 tech and IT-driven projects
Key Stakeholders:
- CIO, COO, CTO
- Head of Information Security
- Tech Managers and Architects
- Business Stakeholders
- Tech Vendors
About You:
- An experienced and proactive Senior Technical Project Manager who can jump straight into projects without needing hand-holding
- Preferred experience with private equity-backed companies or fast-paced change environments
- Background in Financial Services would be ideal
