My client, who has created a suite of SaaS Data Visualisation tools is looking for an experienced Product Advocate to join their ever-expanding SaaS Product team. Your role will be to work within the team on delivering state-of-the-art and cutting-edge solutions across a wide variety of requirements amongst clients. We have worked with this great company for many years, and they will put your career on a great trajectory in the Enterprise IT market.
As the product advocate you will typically be the first contact the user/customer has and you will explore their use of our client's product and how they can get the best use out of their SaaS data visualisation tool. Most of the enquiries will be inbound and your role will be to nurture these new relationships and grow them into large accounts.
Being an exceptional communicator and understanding of user experience will take prominence as you will be in daily contact with customers who take up the successful journey with the client's awesome cloud visualisation tool. So quick delivery and a dynamic attitude is the key.
You will leverage product telemetry, first-hand conversations, and your instincts to provide regular insights and new ideas to the Product, Marketing and Sales teams.
The company has just over 100 employees including some highly reputable leaders and executives within the data space. As they are constantly innovating on their products and taking on exciting projects, you will find that the opportunity to learn and grow is significant within this role. This is a remote-first role, but our client has a GORGEOUS office in Maidenhead with a 'Silicon Valley feel'; pool tables, ping pong, free food etc. Their offices are a short walk from the train station and have free parking.
