IT Support Engineer | Windows and Mac Estate | SaaS Marketing Platform
I am looking for an IT Support Engineer who is ready to join a leading marketing automation vendor that is disrupting the marketplace with its own SaaS marketing platform and cool SEO tools. With over 150 staff operating across 4 sites, my client is now looking to continue its unprecedented growth by hiring several roles across the UK.
The client is looking for a hands-on IT Ops Support individual who will be taking responsibility and ownership of tech, SaaS software, systems, onboarding and security.
Our client also has fantastic offices in Brighton, where you will be predominantly based, just a walk away from the majestical Royal Pavilion!
Core abilities required:
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) for Windows and Mac
- Good Office 365 experience
- Corporate antivirus
- General IT Support for Desktop, laptops and devices
- Asset Management
- Single sign-on (SSO) experience
Responsibilities in this role:
- Managing the assets and tracking them
- Establishing Single Sign On (SSO) processes
- Implementation of a new MDM system
- Managing O365 and G Suite platforms for the employees
- Onboarding logistics and establishing the onboarding process for the organisation - homogenisation of systems, processes, tools etc
- Tech support for in-house staff and including non-technical people
- Remote device management
