Infrastructure Engineer | Azure & Windows | LegalTech
We are currently hiring an Infrastructure/Systems Engineer on behalf of a LegalTech firm in Farringdon who are specialists in providing technology-led information services for legal businesses. They are an innovative and dynamic company whose services provide world-class analytics, intelligence, and data for global businesses within the legal sector. Our client's web-based products are used by 500,000 users and are very popular sites.
As the Infrastructure Engineer you will be joining a team of 5 supporting the business and their user's IT needs, a new projected team size by 2023 is 9.
There are over 600 people (a multitude of freelancers / contractors) in the business, and they have offices in locations across the world. They have just acquired a new company which will bring them to an internal user size network of 750 so there is lots of new scope and upcoming projects in the pipeline.
Essential:
- Windows Server (any of 2016, 2019 and 2022)
- Azure, any of the IaaS, SaaS or PaaS environments as our client uses all
- O365
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- DNS, DHCP or similar networking experience
- PowerShell
Beneficial to have experience in or exposure to:
- 802.1x network
- E5
- Hyper V
Our client is looking for you to have a minimum of 3yrs experience as a System engineer with experience in installation, maintenance of troubleshooting of Microsoft Server and Azure cloud environments. There will also be lots of security projects on the road map including the journey down ISO7001 compliance etc.
